Senior Product Owner/Technical Project Manager

As a team, we have been one of the fastest-growing agencies, produced double-digit yearly growth, and received numerous awards over the past years. We are now looking for a dedicated and technically strong Senior Product Owner/ Technical Project Manager to join our Consulting team in Copenhagen.

You will be an important point of contact for our clients and, with a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, a structured approach, and solid technical knowledge, you will guide them through our project lifecycle from start to finish. You will drive both long-term ongoing collaborations and shorter-term digital projects, often in parallel, and ensure that deliverables, dependencies, and priorities are aligned across initiatives. You will be managing cross-border project teams with specialists from our offices in Copenhagen, London, and Montreal, and you will play an important role in establishing scalable client relationships to succeed with projects locally and internationally.

Our aim is to elevate our clients' businesses by challenging their status quo; brand identity, online presence, and business models to propose new digital products and innovative procedures that prepare their business for the future. You will be expected to quickly familiarise yourself with complex domains, understand technical and organisational constraints, and translate those into realistic roadmaps, priorities, and concrete digital solutions.

You must find strategies, solutions, and processes that strengthen our service offerings, create excellent client experiences, and align with our agency profile as an honest, engaged, and innovative digital partner.

What we expect of you

To be considered for this position we assume that you:

• Are passionate about creating strong customer relationships and excellent project processes, and enjoy acting as a trusted advisor to the client.

• Have experience from a role as a project lead, technical project manager, or product owner, preferably from a creative, digital, or web agency.

• Have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong understanding of dependencies, prioritisation and long-term planning.

• Have experience within strategic business consulting, creative agencies, or web agencies.

• Have a solid understanding and interest in digital products and web technology, and are comfortable navigating technical discussions.

• Are structured with an eye for details and committed to managing objectives, scope, budget, timelines, and releases – often in complex and detail-heavy environments.

• Have excellent English skills and at least one Scandinavian language (written and oral).

• Are eager to work with a highly ambitious team and continue to develop your own skills and knowledge.
