One central strategy for Signifly is to strengthen our team's growth marketing competencies and offerings with an experienced and motivated growth marketing consultant, whose focus will be to identify and execute digital marketing strategies that will drive positive ROI for our clients. We are looking for our next ambitious, highly skilled, and entrepreneurial-minded growth marketing professional to join our team. We expect you to identify the needs of the individual clients and turn these needs into a specific plan of action - typically by building, testing and improving a marketing funnel strategy within SEM, Social Media advertising, E-mail marketing flows and CRO. We have excellent creative, design, development and production capacity in-house and you will be working closely with our internal resources to grow clients' businesses. Using your insights and guidance, we will build products, campaigns, and other marketing activities, to drive revenue for our clients.


What we expect from you

  • You have experience of developing and optimising growth marketing operations across all stages of the marketing funnel and across multiple channels (including search, social media, email, CRO, and PPC) to drive positive ROI.
  • You are a great collaborator able to work with colleagues across a variety of disciplines from UX/UI, brand and digital design, development, content creation, strategy and commercial.
  • You are a visionary and possess a genuine passion for the digital world - and the shaping of digital products, brands, and innovative business models. 
  • You are deeply business literate, with a good understanding of product and service innovation, digital & creative strategy processes and frameworks.
  • You are capable of insightful, analytical and structured thinking and can translate your findings into crisp recommendations and strategic guidance to clients.
  • You have a good understanding of the tech & digital landscape and an interest in the role technology plays in human culture today.
  • You have a real desire to build a new group of work friends with strong social bonds and participate actively in our community (we promise we will have a lot of fun).

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus). 
  • Hands-on experience with PPC, SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and CRO.
  • Ability to create and implement end-to-end marketing strategies, with a focus on optimizing customer journeys and maximizing ROI.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are driven by continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience in building client relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for data and metrics with the ability to analyze and interpret performance data to refine strategies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
