Can you facilitate a creative and inspiring collaboration process with ambitious clients while managing a dynamic team of digital specialists to successfully drive projects?

As a team, we have been one of the fastest growing agencies, produced double-digit yearly growth and received numerous awards over the past years in Copenhagen, Denmark. At the beginning of 2019, we opened our office in Montreal and with an increasing number of ambitious Canadian and American clients, we are now looking for a dedicated project and innovation lead who will play a core role in our new growing team in Montreal - to win, scope and manage digital projects. You will be an important point of contact for our clients and with your great communicational skills and structure, you will guide them through our project cycle from start to finish. You will be managing cross-geographical project teams with specialists from our offices in both Copenhagen and Montreal, and you will be playing an important role in establishing scalable processes to succeed with both smaller and bigger projects - locally and internationally. 


Our aim is to elevate our client's businesses by challenging their status quo; brand identity, online presence, and business models to propose new digital products and procedures that prepare their brand for the future. 

You must find solutions and processes that strengthen our service offerings, creates excellent client experiences, and aligns with our agency profile as being an honest, engaged and innovative digital partner.

We expect of you

To be considered for this position we assume that you:

  • Are passionate about creating strong customer relationship and an excellent project process.
  • Have experience in a role as a project lead managing multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Are a true motivator who is able to excite all stakeholders to contribute towards a common goal.
  • Have experience within business consulting, creative agencies or web agencies.
  • Have a solid understanding of digital and web technology.
  • Are structured with an eye for details - committed to manage objectives, budget and timeline.
  • Have a brand-strategic understanding and commercial mindset to identify digital business potentials.
  • Have an understanding of content strategy (SoMe)
  • Have excellent English and French skills (written and oral)
  • Have a relevant educational background within business or strategy (or similar experience)
  • Are eager to work with a highly ambitious team and continue to develop your own skills and knowledge
