That’s why we’re looking for a Content Creator / Performance Content Creator to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in day‑to‑day execution — creating, iterating, and optimizing content across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and beyond. You’ll work closely with growth marketers, creatives, and strategists to turn briefs, insights, and hypotheses into a steady flow of assets designed to be tested and improved.

We’re looking for someone who is hands‑on, fast, and curious. Someone who understands platform dynamics, thinks in variations, and enjoys working in an environment where learning happens through doing.

What we expect from you (Key Responsibilities)

  • You create high-performing content at speed — across formats (static, video, motion, copy) — for paid and organic channels, with a strong focus on output and iteration.

  • You are execution-first — you translate briefs, ideas, or performance insights into content quickly, without overthinking or over-polishing.

  • You understand what works on platforms — you produce content tailored to channels like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Display, etc., with a clear grasp of formats, trends, and best practices.

  • You collaborate closely with growth, marketing, and creative teams — turning strategic direction into a constant stream of assets that support campaigns and experiments.

  • You think in volume and variation — you generate multiple versions of content (hooks, formats, edits) to feed testing and optimization.

  • You are comfortable working from light briefs or rough inputs — and can take ownership to push content forward without needing full creative development.

  • You optimize as you go — leveraging performance data and feedback loops to refine and improve content output continuously.

  • You are hands-on with tools — editing, resizing, adapting, and repurposing content efficiently across formats and channels.

  • You contribute to a culture of speed and experimentation — helping the team move faster, test more, and learn quickly.

  • You stay plugged into digital culture — trends, formats, creators, and platform evolution — and bring that awareness into your work.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or performance content production (agency or in-house).

  • Strong ability to produce content quickly across formats (image, video, short-form, motion, basic copywriting).

  • Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent lightweight tools).

  • Hands-on experience with paid media buying.

  • Solid understanding of social and paid media platforms, including format requirements and performance dynamics.

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with high output expectations.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver under tight timelines.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity — able to move forward with partial briefs or evolving directions.

  • Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion) and how content impacts them.

  • Strong collaboration skills — able to work alongside growth marketers, designers, and creatives without friction.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). French is a strong asset in the Montreal context.
