Office Assistant

At Signifly, it’s important to us that everyone feels comfortable and welcome in our office, whether they’re working with us or visiting. We’re now looking for an Office Assistant to join our Montreal team, someone bubbly, outgoing, and full of positive energy. You’re the kind of person who lights up a room, makes people smile, and ensures the office feels like everyone’s favorite place to be.

You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and the atmosphere warm, fun, and lively. You’ll be working closely with and reporting to our Head of Operations, who will support you in creating the best office vibe in town.

Your responsibilities

• Get the office up and running for the day, music on, coffee ready, energy high

• Prepare and set up lunch (3x/week) and meetings

• Keep the office and meeting rooms tidy and welcoming

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm

• Order and receive goods and supplies

• Help organize and bring to life our social activities, events, and celebrations

• Contribute to maintaining our great office culture and cozy atmosphere

• Handle various ad-hoc tasks with a smile

About the position

• Part-time: 24 hours per week

• Typical shifts: 8 hours, Monday, Wednesday and Friday
