At Signifly London, we are experiencing rapid growth and have big ambitions to continue scaling by providing innovative digital marketing solutions to our clients. As our new Senior Consultant, you will be joining our team of consultants, focusing on building and maintaining new relations, and shaping digital strategies together with our clients and other expert teams. The consultants team has a strong commercial focus, and is responsible for ensuring that all the work done with clients is good business for both the client and Signifly; in terms of both value created, money paid, overall satisfaction and long-term strategic impact.


The Role

Your most important role will be to drive new successful and loyal client relations. You will be responsible for seizing new business opportunities together with the consultant team and helping foster growth in our clients’ businesses. You will also take part in our strategic relationship building, shape and present proposals to potential clients and help develop digital strategies for them - especially for those clients that you bring to the table. Further, you will have the chance to join some of our marketing, events and networking activities to grow your existing network further and nurture specific leads to form relationships from the early onset.


Internally in the Signifly team you will also have an important responsibility in planning, communicating and following up on the work that is agreed with the clients you’re responsible for. You will have a key role in ensuring motivation and guidance for the people involved in solving the relevant tasks, and you should always make yourself available to ensure alignment on commercial agreements and strategy, as well as help to resolve any disputes to ensure long-term partnerships and high customer satisfaction.

Lastly, you thrive having a team of specialists around you, and you enjoy involving these specialists when tasks need to be solved. You also deeply care about understanding your clients’ business and you have a genuine interest in making them successful. And you always go the extra mile and build strong bonds that go beyond the professional relation ensuring that your clients feel appreciated, recognized and understood.


What we expect from you

  • You are expert at relationship building and long-term relationship nurture, and have experience from client-facing roles.
  • You are a self-starter, and are experienced in building your network and demand generation.
  • You are highly structured and punctual, never forgetting about or delaying essential tasks.
  • You are service-minded, calm, polite and actively listen to the clients you work with.

  • You are proactive rather than reactive, and you’re not afraid of reaching out to potential new clients, and driving sales.

  • You confidently negotiate terms and prices with clients, ensuring maximum value creation.

  • You strategically advise your clients about their needs and opportunities - especially those that they haven’t thought of yet.

  • You have a deep understanding of how different businesses operate and you can get creative and use that knowledge to suggest novel, strategic improvements.

  • You have excellent communication skills in English, spoken as well as written.

  • You are passionate about technology, design and digital innovation.

  • You have a real desire to build a new group of work friends with strong social bonds and participate actively in our community (we promise we will have a lot of fun!).
